Vertical jump test end of week 9

Tested my vertical leap again:

  1. 24″
  2. 24″
  3. 25″

19.8% fat and 95.9kg.

Although having gained > 30% on the weights training my vertical has slightly decreased.  Started some basic plyometric exercises to introduce into the weights schedule.
