Apparently my Wii fit age is 31 and I am over weight with a BMI over 26. Will my vertical leap increase and decrease with my Wii fit age? We will see.

19.8% fat and 95.9kg.
Although having gained > 30% on the weights training my vertical has slightly decreased. Started some basic plyometric exercises to introduce into the weights schedule.

Jump programme end of week 5

I extended Phase 1 to 5 weeks and did the following exercises:
Workout 1:
Squat ( 3×10 ) @ 50kg… increased up to 60kg end of week 5
Leg curl (3×8) @ 39kg. 1 second up, 1 second hold, 8 second down… increased to 42.5kg

Correct form equals no pain

Second week of the VJB program and I’ve worked out that even if my knees are feeling a bit tired/wobbly after Sunday night bball I can still do squats without the knees hurting.
